#FFXII ZODIAC AGE MODS MODS#
The Zodiac Age focuses mostly on graphical improvements and QOL features, not necessarily content. Answers to many questions regarding Nexus Mods websites and services. The question regarding NG- has been answered, but lemme just tell you that NG+, NG-, and trial mode aren't new to this version-they come from the international version. It was released in March 2006 for the PlayStation 2, and was later re-released in Japan as an international version titled Final Fantasy XII International Zodiac Job System, with heavy changes made to the character development.
#FFXII ZODIAC AGE MODS HOW TO#
How to fix it for Final Fantasy XII The Zodiac Age: 1. The mods are only essential if you crave something even fresher. Final Fantasy XII is the twelfth main installment in the Final Fantasy series, developed and published by Square Enix, and the fourth game set in the world of Ivalice. Certain Ravenfield mods such as weapons or vehicles take a very hefty toll on performance.

But modder Armagetz wanted to see The Zodiac Age’s new job system improved even more. Those improvements make it feel fresh enough coming from IZJS, though. The job system was expanded on after its introduction in FFXII. Wow is it really that different from FFXII international? there's new game- what is that? easy mode? This *is* the IZJS version but with a few improvements besides the graphics, such as the ability to set two jobs per character. None of them make the game drastically different, but they do make enough changes that, in some cases, it'll feel like playing a new campaign, I'd say. If you're craving a different experience, though, there are balancing mods and also a few overhaul ones. That said, as a returning player myself (I played the IZJS version much more recently than 2007, though it's been a few years), I don't think any mods are strictly necessary. The current version is 1.0.4 An injection for Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age which allows the user to customize their framerate, fov, gamma, in game speed multiplier, and has a free-camera. Note that XII's modding support is rather limited (you won't be seeing anything as radical as Skyrim mods, for example).
